These houses are situated in tourist village, 300m from sea and very close to the famous resort of Albena.
This small village is known as a resort for small kids, where they go for their vacation - many school camps you can find here. The vast beach, clean sea, gently sloping sea bottom and curative mineral water have propelled the swift growth of the village into a competitive tourist destination.

The price of the each house depends on the stage of building. If the houses are Bulgarian standard finished their price is 138600 Euro. If the houses are with finished walls, ceiling, flooring and joinery – 146 300 each one. And if the houses are completely finished, luxury furnished, the price is 154000 Euro.
