A new boiler services central heating to the ground floor and four of the first floor bedrooms, with electric heating in the remaining rooms.

In the grounds, a maison de gardien, or caretakers's cottage, has been completely renovated to provide a living room with a kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom and WC. The house is centrally heated, and has a basement area for parking and storage.
