This 3 bed Kapparis holiday villa is located on the award winning Blue Water bay village. Fireman's beach is within 5-10 min walk via a path at the bottom of the complex road. ***THIS PROPERTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE***If you have a large family, we also have EC11 on this development. Kapparis is located north of Protaras and is the last resort before the divide. In certain areas around Kapparis you can see Famagusta ghost town and lovely views across the bay to the North.

Protaras is a 5-7 min drive away, there is a taxi rank in Kapparis, and plenty of retsuarants bars and shops. Several beaches within a 5 min drive, so you have your pick of where you would like to relax.

Outside you can relax around the private pool, and garden. Parking on the driveway.

Kapparis with its many restaurants and bars/ shops/bank/bakery is within a 5 min walk. The town of Paralimni is a 5-8 min drive away, as is Protaras. Along the back road from Ayia Triada to Pernera you will find some coves, and a marina near the Golden coast hotel.
