• Villa type A:
You can find one-story, two-storey and three-storey A-type villas in the resort complex. There are 10 villas of this type in the resort complex, and namely buildings No.No. 4,5,14,19,20,21,23,24, 28 and 30. Each floor of the houses has one apartment consisting of a living room with a big porch or a balcony depending on the floor on which the apartment is situated, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

• Villa type B:
You can find two-storey and three-storey B-type villas in the resort complex. There are 9 villas of this type in the complex, and namely buildings No.No. 3,7,9,15,16,17,18,22,31. Each level of the houses has a living room with a big porch or balcony depending on the floor on which the apartment is situated, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

• Villa type Ñ, D
There are 3 villas of this type in the complex, and namely buildings No.No. 1,10,12. Every floor of the villas of type C,D houses has two studios. Each studio consists of a living room, a sleeping nook, a bathroom and a porch or a balcony depending on the floor on which the apartment is situated.

• Villa type E, F
There are 3 villas of this type in the resort complex, and namely buildings No.No. 2,11,13. Every floor of the villas of the type E,F houses has one studio and one one-bedroom apartment.
