The garden is beautiful arranged with local plants and flowers, the center is dominated by an old olive-tree (>100 years old) and a rarely to find red mulberry-tree. Next to the neighbour-house you will have another terrace (ca. 300m) with young olive trees (5 years).

PANORAMA
You will be enlighted by this panoramic view - in spring or autumn time you have the chance to see the corse-island! Beside the view you will directly realize the silence up here.
You overlook the oxentina-valley into the argentina valley up to the sea (Arma di Taggia). The road to Argallo is famous because of the ralley San Remo which passed by until recent years. Nowadays you only have the Oldtimer-Ralleys twice a year.
This area is the southern stretch to the sea-alps. In the back of the house you have the mountain Monte Ceppo (1650m) which you can easily approach in beautiful hikes or cycles. The area is completely covered with forrest - old oaks, chestnuts and olives are changing now and then.
The sea at Arma Di Taggia is about 20 min away; San Remo about 30 min; Monte Carlo, Nizza, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse 45min by car.
