The Hotel/Restaurant La Botte is located at 15 km from the sea, 5 km from historical Offida and, 20 km from the provincial capital Ascoli Piceno, one of the largest medieval towns of Italy.

The hotel has 12 rooms newly renovated and can accommodate up to 30 guests. In addition, there is a large apartment that could be used as private quarters for the new owner.

There are two restaurant areas (Bar & Breakfast at the entrance/ formal dining area in the back) that can accommodate up to 100 persons. The rooms are decorated with Murano chandeliers and a majolica fireplace

The kitchen is fully equipped including a pizza oven, proper refrigerators and freezers. The basement is set up as a discotheque, at present used for catering equipment storage. The restaurant in conjunction with Offida?s Wine Association (VINEA), caters events for up to 300 people. On its own, La Botte hosts weddings, anniversaries and other special events.

The panoramic terrace on the 4th floor could be turned into a solarium/Spa area. The patio on the ground floor, provides for pleasant outdoor dining for up to 70 guests whenever weather permits.

The restaurant has a solid clientele allowing it to remain opened all year round.

The present owner is prepared to assist/advise the new proprietors until familiar with hotel/restaurant operation.
