The property was lived in up until 2003 and is in need in a little restoration. Internally it consists of three main rooms and some smaller storage areas and consists of: an entrance via a shared stairway, a kitchen, a bedroom, a small lounge, a hallway leading to a bathroom and a small terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area. In addition there is an external storage area.

The apartment is in need of a little restoration work such as the renewal of the internal systems and repainting of some of the plasterwork.
