This stone house has plenty of room to be enlarged (significant work already completed) and the outbuildings offer great potential.
House
The front door opens into the large kitchen/dining room (31 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, a striking stone fireplace with bread/pizza oven and glazed doors to the rear garden. To the left a glazed door opens into the living room (31 sq m) with exposed stone walls, exposed beam ceiling and a traditional stone charentaise fireplace. From here a wide opening leads through to a further room (30 sq m - currently used as a bedroom) with exposed stone walls, exposed beam ceiling and a glazed door to the front courtyard garden.
To the right of the kitchen a door opens into a hallway which provides access to a bedroom (16 sq m), a bathroom and a separate WC. A doorway from the hall leads to a utility area and to a set of stairs leading up to the first floor.
First floor
This space is as yet unconverted - although a number of velux windows have been installed. There is about 100 sq m of convertible space up here - half with plenty of head height and about half with good head height but with a few low roof beams.
Outbuildings
There are a number of outbuildings including a substantial barn of about 130 sq m at ground level and a smaller barn of about 70 sq m. The latter could be given a private garden and road access without detracting from the main property.
Garden
To the front of the house is a large courtyard garden and to rear of the house and barn there is more garden which opens onto the farmland beyond. Plenty of space for a pool.
