COTTAGE 1

The cottage has been completly rewired and has gas fired central heating and is insulated throughout.
COTTAGE 2
The second cottage is part completed - there is a large room (30m2) that is wired and plumbed to be a kitchen dining room plus laundry room.
A door opens into a large sitting room (29m2).
The stairs lead up to a landing off which there are two bedrooms (both 15m2, one with an attic room (13m2) plus provision for a bathroom and separate wc.
COTTAGE 3
This studio room (40m2) has plumbing and wiring and the possibility of adding a mezzanine.
At the end of the cottages is an outbuilding that houses the pump system for the drainage for the fosse septique.
Opposite the house there is a plot of land that holds the fosse septique and which could be used for the construction of three garages.
Cottage 1 is let for 400 euros per month - once complete, all three cottages would produce an income in the region of 1100 euros per month (more if garages were built).
