Ground floor

The front door opens into an entrance hall (22 sq m) that runs the depth of the house. To the left a door opens into the dining room (29 sq m) with wooden floor and marble fireplace. A pair of part-glazed doors open from this room to the sitting room (30 sq m) with wooden floor, marble fireplace, a pair of part-glazed doors to the rear terrace and two doors that open back into the central hall.

The staircase continues to the second floor landing off which are two further bedrooms (18 sq m and 13 sq m), a shower room (shower, washbasin and WC). Also off the landing is a large attic (about 55 sq m) which could be incorporated into the habitable accommodation.
