Unregulated land in Ribaritsa 2,000 m2. Ribaritsa is a town that adjoins Teteven and is a popular holiday resort among Bulgarians and western families alike. Situated about 2 hours drive from Sofia on the motorway the resort is in an ideal location. With easy access from the motorway the town of Ribaritsa enjoys many facilities. It has hotels with pools and tennis courts for general use, There are also riding stables and many restaurants. In the adjoining town of Teteven there is a very large shopping centre and the climate in this area is very good. The region is situated with a long winding river that runs through it so you are always close to water. This makes the region very popular and ther are many families that come here for their holidays. Land in Ribaritsa and Teteven are at a premium for this reason and if you were interested in retiring to Bulgaria or just having a holiday home this is a particularly good area as you could open a bed and breakfast or perhaps a small hotel. There are only two major hotels here and some bed and breakfast places. If you do not book early you can not find accomodation here, so again a B&B or a small hotel would be an excellent investment. This piece of land on the outskirts but very close to restaurants etc. is in an ideal location set on a hill with mountain views. At 44,000 Euros the land represent good value for money but would require regulation. we have been told regulation would be quick in this area as they are keen to develop.
