The village is situated in the region of Shumen and it is 40km away from the town of Shumen. Shumen town was founded in the early middle Ages as a fortress and a settlement next to it in the Hissarlak area. By the end of second Bulgarian Kingdom it was given the name of Shumen. There are interesting monuments of architecture, such as The Tower of the Old Clock (1740) Tamboul Mosque and Kourshoum Cheshma (1744). The property is situated very close to a river and a dam which are suitable for fishing. From that place where the house is located you can enjoy the marvellous panoramic views towards the surrounding hills and the village. The plot size of the yard is 1200 sq.m and includes a well.
