Shumen town was founded in the early middle Ages as a fortress and a settlement next to it in the Hissarlak area. By the end of second Bulgarian Kingdom it was given the name of Shumen. There are interesting monuments of architecture, such as The Tower of the Old Clock (1740) Tamboul Mosque and Kourshoum Cheshma (1744). The building is made of bricks and stones. It needs renovations. The built area is 10sq.m. The yard is spacious with the size of 1900 sq.m and is facing two streets. It is situated in the surroundings of the village, on a hill. From that place you can enjoy the wonderful panorama and nature!
