Welcome to a village 10 km from Lovech, only two driving hours from the sea. The village is situated at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, in a peaceful area surrounded by a virgin forest. This nice rural house, in fact consists of 3 buildings – a new house, an old house and a summer kitchen. The new massive house is approximately 80 sq. m. and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 basements. The old house is next to the new house and is 80 sq. m. It’s in very good shape, but still needs some reconstruction work to become livable. The summer kitchen is a massive building as well and is 20 sq. m. The house comes with a large 1500 sq. m. yard with own well and may fruit trees. It benefits also from running water, electricity and phone line. There is parking space in the yard. It can easily be accessed both during summer and winter, and the nearest airport in Sofia is only 2 hours away in driving.
