Diani dream house with big swimming-pool

New Diani Dream house is located on Diani Beach, only 250 m from the sea.
It is located in best and safest location on Diani, very near to main shoopping centre.
Shops, bakery, pharmacy, bank, post-office and restaurants are on walking
distance (less than 400 m).

The house is surrounded with tropical garden, there is a big swimming-pool with
shower and pool shadow. It is comfortable arranged and fully furnished.

The hoouse capacity is 100 m2 and is arranged with:

* 2 double bed bedrooms
* 2 bathrooms and toilets
* fully equipped kitchen
* living and dinning-room (radio/cassete player, TV set with DVD player, small library of DVD movies)
* big and comfortable terrace
* own water supply (water is a bit salty, so it is not for drinking!!!).

Our kind house staff will care for maintenance, guarding and your support.

Rates:

Prices for fully equipped house, incl. swimming-pool, cleaning and washing once a week, maintenance and gardener, are:

60 EURO per house day in low season (for less then 4 persons-55 EURO/day),
80 EURO per house per day in high season (for less then 4 persons-70 EURO/day)
100 EURO per house per day in special season (holidays like: christmass,new year,easter)!

In this price we also include security during the night time.
