Payment plan
We offer flexible payments plans according to the needs of each individual client.
1500 Euros - reservation fee is deductible from the first payment.
30% on signing of preliminary contract (within 21 days of reserving)
30% upon completion of the foundation of the building (September 2007)
40% on completion (June 2008)


Clients may reserve an apartment for a fee of € 1500. The property will be removed from the market for a period of up to four weeks.

Maintenance
Having bought villas or apartments, owners pay a one year maintenance fee that covers:
- Year Round 24 hour security
- Maintenance of the grounds of the complex
- Maintenance of the public parts of the building
- Maintenance of the swimming pool
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex

The Maintenance Fee is 8 Euro per sq.m.

No company is needed to own an apartment or villa in Imperial Heights
It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the Preliminary contract.
It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to acquire the ownership or receive the title deeds of the apartment.
All owners who rent out their apartment or villa are subject to rental income tax of 10%
