Malyovitsa complex is situated at 1110 m altitude at the heart of Rila Mountain, on the bank of Cherni Iskar river. It is near to the Rila monastery and to the Seven Lakes of Rila. The village resort is included within the boundaries of the Super Borovets project and is located 6 km from the lift station in Borovets and 1.5 km from the resort village of Govedartsi.

Malyovitsa comlpex consists of 11 houses built in the spirit of the traditional Bulgarian architecture , as it offers the comfort of a modern habitation.
There are many apartments, distributed in the houses, as well as two individual one-family houses.
