The town of Soverato is in the province of Catanzaro and is situated in the southern extremity of the Gulf of Squillace. Soverato is one of the most known and beautiful tourist resorts in the Ionian coast, so much that it was called ‘The gem of Ionian Sea’. This town is characterized by three different areas: the first urban area takes place on the coast, the second one expands on the hill and the third one, which is the highest part of the town, represents Soverato Vecchia (Old Soverato).

You can reach Soverato by plane, landing in the Lamezia Terme’s Airport, which is 60 km from the town (approx 35 minutes).

The nearest Airport is Lamezia Terme, direct flights from Manchester (weekly) and Stanstead (Ryanair 4 times a week)

We can arrange transfers and book accommodation. All costs are paid for by the purchaser in the knowledge that if you are happy to proceed we will reimburse you up to Euro 1000 when your initial 30% is released to the developer.

Payment Plan:

30% on signing the preliminary agreement

15% in December 2007 at start of construction

55% on completion in December 2008

NB: Finance is available on completion (up to 80% on value of property with most banks)

Reservation procedure:

For the reservation to be refundable a viewing trip must be taken within 21 days.
