A plot of land which measures approximately 3.17 hectares, located in the comune of Cetona, amongst the rolling green hillsides and the age old country roads which snake across the landscape. It has good communication links thanks to the nearby A1 motorway exits at Chiusi Chianciano and Fabro. The historical Cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Città della Pieve and Orvieto are only a short drive away as are the fascinating thermal spa centres such as San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo all of which add to the pleasure of spending time in this area.

With regards water, there is a little lake inside the olive grove, and drinking water is available in the cantina. It is possible to connect electricity to the property

Potential Land Use
Because of the position of the plot and the quality of the soil, it is possible to grow an assortment of crops such as maise, grain, sunflowers and olives.
