Vallelunga has many gothic style churches housing many wonderful pieces of artwork. Villa Caterina has three large bedrooms, one on the ground floor with its own en-suite. The open plan lounge, kitchen-dining area looks out onto the olive grove fruit trees and the villas very own vineyard. Out side, there is a large patio area with BBQ and a 7m/1.5m plunge pool, an inviting place to cool down, with a glass of wine. Entrance to the villa leads directly into a large open plan area comprising of a kitchen/diner and a lounge. The kitchen/diner has been furnished with a marble top dining-table and chairs, whilst the kitchen has been equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, double sink unit, washing machine and various storage units. The lounge area has been furnished with a sofa, coffee table and a television. There is also a large window which overlooks the veranda.

The ground floor bedroom is located off the lounge and provides a double bed, bedside tables and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, sink and toilet.

A staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor where a further two bedrooms and a second bathroom are located.

The first floor double bedroom is a very spacious room and has been furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes and a sofa. French windows lead out to a balcony which boasts panoramic views over the hills and the veranda below. (This balcony is shared with the third bedroom)

The third bedroom has been furnished with twin beds, a bed-side table and a wardrobe. Once again french windows lead out onto the balcony.

The first floor bathroom has been fitted with a small bath (sitting only) with shower, a sink, bidet and toilet.
