Opaco is tiny inhabited village in the mountains and is located in the Anzasca valley, 10 km far away from the village Macugnaga and 20 km from the Ossola valley. It lies 700 m above the sea level, surrounded from mountains up to 2,500 m and is the starting point for small... to mountainous hikes.
The house is dated from 1724 and is now restored and renovated of fine hand and is now a holiday home.
It has approximately 50 sqm on 2 storeys.
1st. floor: a cozy kitchen and living room, the fire place, furnace with pellets, the modern bath with toilet, bidet, shower, washing machine.
2nd. floor: 2 bedrooms, the balcony, the terrace (100 sqm) which is only 10 m far away from the river Anza with a natural bath tube, in which one you can take a bath when sommertime is.

The house is for rent from June to October and is for 4 persons max..
The best for a family with 1 - 2 children.
The last 100 m to the holiday is a footpath, one cannot get by car.
The owner welcome you and will show you the holiday home and can give tips what is important to know. Further on you can call him for assistance. Supply (water, electricity and cleaning at the end of your rental time) is included. Bed linen (100/200 cm) and towels are to bring with. Firewood will be at your disposal.

You can rent it 1 week or more.
The rent is GBP 288 per week, the deposit is GBP 216, both is to pay to the owner on your arrival.

Our rental commission are:
* up to 1 month - GBP 50
* up to 6 months - 50% of a monthly rent
* up to 12 months - 1 month rent
* ore more - 2 month rents
