This holiday-home is situated in the marvellous Tuscany, near to Santa Flora.
We named it Casina delle Rose, because it is really not so large, but spaceous for a family with 2 children enough for short or long-stay.

For 4 persons, the house has outside a barbecue, summer kitchen, garden shower, a washing machine.

1st.floor: 1 living room with a built-in kitchen and a fire-place and an exit to the covered terrace for dining.

2nd.floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, bath with shower and toilet, warm water supply.

In front of the house is the terrace with a cozy setee. Beside is a large canopy with the outside or summer kitchen, equipped with stove and refrigerator, a pizza stove and the barbecue.

A small footpath leads to the sun terrace below the house. There are the deck chairs and a large sunshade.

This small mansion house stands alone in the village of Selva di Santa Fiora, is 9 km from Santa Fiora and is one of the nicest places of the region.

The garden (1000 sqm) is well-kept and has fruit trees and others giving shadow.
When the days are sunny and clear you will see the mediterranean sea.

In the village you will enjoy to visit the shops as “alimentari” (food shop), “macceleria” (butcher), restaurant/bar, post-office by a short walk.

Nice walkways invites to stroll off limits, to go for trips to Pitigliano, Sorano, Saturnia (well-known for its hot springs) and Sovana. And if your budgets allows have a delicious meal in a 1* star-Michelin restaurant in the picturesque Santa Fiora. But there are sufficient regular restaurants in the surroundings with a good and traditional cooking.

Other specials in Santa Fiora are the yearly "Festival Internazionale" for classic music, “concerti e masterclass", 19th july – 5th september, and the “Fiera” a festsival with a great market on 16th august.
