The market in S. Bras is open every morning, except Sunday, for fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish and there is a general market on Saturday mornings. There are good restaurants not far from the villa and mini market. This beautiful, country property is completely enclosed and all on the ground floor. The house offers complete privacy with a pool adjacent to the house, reached by lockable gates from the patio.

There is a spacious open parking area, fully heated and air conditioning. It has an open-plan living/dining area separated by an arch with an open fire, a well-equipped kitchen and French windows to the patio.
