The house sleeps up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

There is a small garden all around the house with fruit trees and grape vines. There is off street parking with a vine shaded pergola.

This charming house provides all basic home comforts:
- Both bedrooms have air-condition.
- Hot water is provided by solar panels.
- The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, electric kettle, microwave oven.

About 2.5 km from the fishing village of Agii Apostoli, north east of Attika and opposite the island of Evia. Around 50km from Athens and the international airport. Just 100 metres from the beach.

Prices are for the house and include electricity and llinen.
Min. stay: 1 week (7 nights)
Damage deposit: £ 300.00 per booking, returnable within 2 weeks from the last day of stay if everything is alright.
