The resort is excellently located 1.5km from the beaches of Mar Menor and only 5 minutes from San Javier airport. Payment terms for all phases are €3,000 reservation, 25% at purchase agreement, 15% nine months later and 60% on completion in March 2008.

There are a range of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, duplex penthouses and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached and detached villas overlooking the golf course. A communal pool is available on the development and villas have the option of a private pool. The properties have air conditioning installed in the living room and bedrooms and heating by radiators and gas boiler.
