A key developer in collaboration with local business is launching a strategic tourist development plan for the east coast of Lake Iseo around the town of Sulzano and the Lake.
The plans include a nautical centre, a new marina and various property developments.

The developer will raise funds for the nautical centre via an IPO and is looking specifically for sector investors whom can bring professional expertise to the company.

There is a full business plan in place and Private Equity firms are also been approached. This is a serious investment opportunity to be involved at IPO stage and own a share in what will be one of Italy's largest lake side marinas.
