The 1900 house was completely renovated in 2001. Heating, roof and other facilities are in good conditions. Still there is some work to do, but one could move in with a large family straight away.

There is a huge terrace in front of the house facing to the Rhine river with a fantastic view including two castles and the small harbour of St. Goar.

One of the rooms on the first floor has a winter garden attached.

The garden is to the backside of the house with a small yard attached to the kitchen.
The living room has a gazebo attached and is large.
Floors on the upper storey are mainly wooden board floors. The roof storey can be seperated to a flat with its own batch and kitchen and two rooms.
