Walls

It will be painted with Ibratim and it will be pre-manufactured.

Garden

The type of grass must be chosen between emerald and slabs. There must be an irrigation system. Ornamental plants and trees will not be discussed at the moment.

Swimming Pool

According to the architecture project the swimming pool will be covered with ceramics (108 x 108) light and dark blue, and white – ELAINE trademarks.
The border will be made of granite of 3 cm thickness.

Gas and garbage house

According to the architecture project with paving and walls with ceramics 30 x 30 cm and an aluminum gate.
