For those purchasers wishing to enter the Rental INTERIORS AND LANDSCAPING anagement Programme, Alchemy have prepared three interior finishing specifications:

• Cool White
• Modern Classic
• Yacht*

The cost of these superb upgraded specifications, which include air conditioning, stunning wall and floor options and designer kitchens and bathrooms, s included in the price of your unit. Purchasers choosing to enter the Rental Management Programme will have to select one of these three options within 6 months of signature of the Sale and Purchase agreement.

Units outside the Rental Management Programme

For those buyers not participating in the Rental Management Programme, a more basic specification 'Gouna Galala' is available. Air conditioning and kitchen units are not included in this specification, ut may be purchased separately.
