THE DEVELOPMENT

With only 110 exquisite apartments ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms, the project encompasses a landscape intervention in the Parque Palmela areas adjacent to the Condominium. The urbanistic concept includes new access ways, the construction of underground parking and the incorporation of pedestrian and cycle ways.

The connection to the `Paredao` (walk way by the sea and the beach) will be privileged with direct access tunnels from the condominium. Very prestigious and elegant, the Hotel Estoril-Sol brought annually to Cascais thousands of tourists. The hotel was chosen by many international personalities like, Grace Kelly, Fred Astaire, Ray Charles, Bing Crosby, John Wayne, Gilbert Becaud, Jorge Amado, Jorge Luis Borges, Elis Regina and many other international and national personalities.

As time goes by the hotel became dated and not able to satisfy the requirements of the present days. Today exactly where Hotel Estoril-Sol was king, in the exquisite Estoril Coast, a brand new luxurious residential project has been announced, produce of the pen of the renowned Architect and Professor Goncalo Byrne one of the icons of the Portuguese modern architecture.
