Now we can build a house which will be build to your own standards and needs. The houses are developed by a Dutch Developer and it will meet European building criteria and we will take care about the construction. You can chose from a variety of plots, we can find your perfect location, or you can provide a location yourself. Besides all that we also provide our clients, in cooperation with local partners, the right legal advice. This concept was initially developed for the Bali market, but we have extended this service now also for Brazil and Thailand to integrate this as a fully 2ndHomes service. There are 6 types of luxurious houses of which you can chose. All different in size, arrangements and prices. It is even possible to have your own design developed. Feel free to contact us, and we will provide you with your dream house.
In Bali we have developed our service to such extend that we even have our own management team, which deals with maintenance and rental management. In that way you don't have to worry about anything while your away. And in case you want to rent out your house to make an interesting return on investment, our management takes care of everything. But in case you would prefer to buy yourself an existing home, a resale, we are able to set up a search request to find the home that meets your demands and wishes.
