    The properties are all SIPP-approved so you can use your pension plan to invest and take advantage of the tax benefits available through the SIPP scheme.

    The purchase price of each property is initially set at 35% to 50% below the equivalent local market property price to allow early investors to maximise their return on investment.

    It's a short walk through the beautifully landscaped gardens to the silky sand beach and swaying palm trees which edge the aquamarine sea. The region is surrounded by lush tropical forests and some amazing scenery; perfect for exploring.

    Two Rivers is ideally located right next to the renowned Playa Dorada Golf Club and just 20 minutes from the Gregorio Luperon International Airport.

    Accommodation Located on the private Sanctaury Island and surrounded by white sands and sparkling water, each villa comes with a personal butler and a team of dedicated staff on hand to tend your every need.

    Set in the corner by the pool is a covered sala � perfect for a shaded siesta, a massage or maybe the perfect setting for an intimate, after dark dinner.

    Air-conditioned rooms are elegantly furnished and decorated in neutral shades, the glass walls and doors letting the sunlight flood in. The villas are designed and built to the highest specification and furnished with every attention to detail.

    Entertainment is effortless. Your villa comes complete with a state-of-the-art media centre including a flat screen television and high-speed internet access.

    All villas have a private Jacuzzi and infinity swimming pool.

    With every property, you have the option to use it free of charge for 30 days each year. Alternatively, you can put these 30 days into the rental programme to generate further income. Payment Terms The exceptionally attractive payment terms make buying one of these properties about as pain free as it can be.

    When you reserve a property you pay a £1,000 reservation fee.

    30% is due within 45 days. This can be funded via a mortgage which the developer will assist in obtaining. The developer will pay the interest payments on this mortgage until completion - the developer reasons that they would be paying interest if they were to raise the finance through a bank, so they pay your interest instead.

    On completion, the developer will assist in obtaining a mortgage for the 70% balance.

    Offsetting your costs, you have ten percent per annum rental income which is guaranteed for two years initially and from year three onwards, you and the resort share 50:50 the net room rate income... forever more.

    The income generated should cover your monthly mortgage repayments and, of course, you have an appreciating freehold asset, too.
