AccommodationYou have a wonderful selection of resort apartments, all perfectly situated in the heart of the resort and close to the ocean. There are three types of apartments to choose from: garden apartments with their own garden, intermediate (middle floor) apartments and penthouse apartments over two floors.

All apartments are available as junior (one bed) or senior (two bed) or the luxurious penthouse apartments (one or two beds) and are positioned near to the sea and close to a swimming pool, with a restaurant or bar nearby.

The luxurious interiors of the apartments are decorated in a colonial style with modern bathrooms, kitchens and air conditioning.

Each junior apartment comprises one bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, spacious open plan living room, a terrace and fully equipped kitchen. They also come with a ‘Bank Backed Rental Guarantee’ offering 8% net returns for ten years.

Garden apartments clearly benefit from additional outdoor space, as their name suggests.

Furniture packs are available for all apartments as an optional extra and are not compulsory. But if you plan to include your apartment in either the rental guarantee or the rental pool, you will need to take the pack at the time of purchase.
