"Country views villa is a new, spacious 4 bedroom villa which is designed to be used as a three bedroom villa with two lounges. Both lounges have sofa beds (downstairs lounge has 2 sofa beds and upstairs lounge has queen size sofa bed). The villa sleeps up to 11 comfortably.There is a double bed in the master bedroom, a large bedroom with twin single beds, a bedroom with one single bed and the fourth bedroom which is used as a second lounge, next to the roof terrace.
The house benefits from two large balconies (from the lounge and second bedroom). There is at least one balcony on every bedroom and there is a very large roof terrace with BBQ upstairs. There is a private swimming pool in the garden. Both the garden and the pool are private and not over looked in any way. The house looks out onto countryside and has a distant view of Didim marina and the sea. The house is south west facing and benefits from sunshine all day long, as well as beautiful sun sets in the evenings.
The villa is fully equipped with new everything, including satellite TV (Turkish and English channels), all kitchen equipment, microwave oven, high chair, cot, sun beds, garden furniture, bedding, towels, spare bedding, ample pillows etc.
It is not necessary to hire a car when staying at the villa but obviously this makes all of the exciting nearby facilities more accessible. Car hire is availablfrom 50 YTL per day (£20) for a 2008 Fiat Albea - fully insured and with unlimited mileage. Didim Sun properties are also able to offer airport transfers to clients traveling by air.
Countryviews Villa is approx a 10 mins walk from Ege Caddesi and a 20 minute walk from the town centre, 30 minute walk to Altinkum resort centre. There are bus routes to the town and resort centre from the Ege Caddesi and all bars and restaurants in town and the resort centre offer a free car service. The large supermarkets also offer coutesy bus service.

The villas normal rental rates are £400 per week in low and mid season and £500 per week in high season. Reductions in price will be given to customers who book more than 3 weeks in a year and to repeat clients.
