"This spacious four bedroom villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.
The villa is close to Didim town centre (less than a 10 minute walk) with a wide variety of bars and restaurants en-route - including an open air traditional garden restaurant and a belly dancing restaurant - both 5 mins walk from the villa. The villa is approximately a 25-30 minute walk to beaches, the resort centre and the marina, or a 5-10 minute bus ride. The villa is also about a mile from the Ancient Greek Temple of Apollon. A local bus route runs past the villa, going to the town centre, Altinkum resort centre and also back out to rural areas and remote small beaches along the Didim coastline. This villa is perfectly located for parties that want to access all areas of Didim as it is central to all amenities and attractions.

Located next to the villa, there is a large swimming pool (35m2) and sun bathing terraces. The villa is well equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture for the veranda next to the pool (off from the lounge area) and also garden furniture for the large roof terrace. There is a BBQ on the roof terrace.

Inside the villa, there is a large open lounge with kitchen. A large veranda leads off of the lounge and overlooks the sunbathing terraces and swimming pool. The lounge is furnished with single sofa beds (suitable for children) and a double sofa bed, as well a coffee and occasional tables. There is a colour TV with satellite system (lots of English speaking channels) as well as a DVD player. In the kitchen, there is a cooker with oven, a microwave oven and a large fridge (with a small freezer unit). There is a downstairs WC / shower room.

On the first floor of the villa there is a family shower room, which also houses the washing machine. There are three large bedrooms which are furnished as two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All rooms have bedside tables and wardrobes. All rooms have at least one balcony. One of the double bedrooms has its own TV with satellite channels.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor of the villa. The room is furnished with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and triple wardrobe. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. From the master bedroom, there are sliding doors onto a large roof terrace (with BBQ). There are sun loungers and garden furniture for the roof terrace for private sun bathing (the terrace is not at all over-looked)

All rooms either have air conditioning or electric ceiling fans.
