Smolyan is the central town of the region, situated in the heart of Rhodope Mountains. The stunning Smolyanski Lakes are nearby and a little further to the north is the world famous mountain resort of Pamporovo. This is the sunniest and best ski resort in Bulgaria, offering excellent conditions for skiing, snowboarding and any other extreme winter sports. The village is well developed, has many restored houses in authentic style and interesting traditions in celebrating folklore festivities.
This is a big solid three-storey house of 84sq.m, which, however has no yard to it. The ground floor houses a basement with concrete flooring and no separation walls. There’s a room, kitchen, corridor, a bathroom, and a toilet on the first floor. The second floor has two rooms and a corridor.
