The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of an estate. You can walk to the beach within 15 minutes and the centre of the village is only 600m away. The beautifully designed garden looks over the golf course and has a very special pond, two patios and a large lawn. Colourful plants and flowers make this garden very attractive.

The house is in perfect condition. On the ground floor there is a living room with sitting area, dining area and a comfortable kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, a single and a double, on this floor, and the double room leads on to a luxury bathroom with a whirlpool and a massage shower. The first floor is reached via a steep staircase and has two bedrooms, a single and a double. There is also a relaxing area with a sauna and an extra shower. Finally, there is a billiard room with a bar in the basement.

This is a real holiday home it has a quiet location, it has luxury, and it is within walking distance from the beach and the village centre.

This province surrounded by water on three sides, has so much to offer for a varied short or long holiday. In fact, North Holland is Holland in a nutshell. All those elements that are so typical of the Netherlands you will find here. Beautiful beaches, dunes, polder landscapes, historic towns and villages with exciting museums and cosy restaurants, water everywhere, miles and miles of foot and cycling paths, blooming bulb-fields each spring and much, much more. Den Helder, at the tip of North Holland, is the Netherlands most important naval base and home to its Royal Naval College. During the summer months, you can take a pleasant, 30-minute car-ferry trip from Den Helder to Texel, a quiet, family-oriented resort island in the Waddenzee.

Callantsoog is one of oldest bathing resorts in the country and existed in two earlier guises which were swallowed up by the sea. Today Callantsoog is an important tourist spot, hard by the North Sea beach with a convivial centre. Where the world famous Hondsbossche Zeewering sea dyke meets the northern beaches stands Petten, with the wooded area of Pettemer Dunes immediately beyond it. St. Maartenszee is a real holiday village, existing above all for and through its guests. It lies between the dunes and het Wildrijk nature reserve with thousands of wild hyacinths. A little further east you will find St. Maartenvlotbrug, named after a type of floating bridge that is characteristic of the Noord-Hollands Kanaal and of which only four remain in use.

The town centre of Schagen dates from the 15th century, when the dwelling was ten centuries old.
The contrasts in local flora and fauna are startling. The best places to study them are Schoorl, Groet and Camperduin. The villages lie like a ribbon along the edge of the Schoorlse Duinen National Park.
Bergen and Bergen aan Zee are at about 50 kilometres northwest of Amsterdam. Bergen has attracted visitors for centuries due to its location on the edge of dunes and nature. Bergen aan Zee was founded around the turn of the 19th Century and lies in the heart of the natural beauty of the Schoorl Forestry Area and the North-Holland Dune Reserve. The borough of Egmond consists of a trio of villages. Egmond Binnen is the furthest inland, surrounded in spring by colourful fields of bulbs in bloom. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three Egmonds. It was originally a fishing village but since the beginning of the last century it has been a popular holiday hotspot. About 5 kilometres to the south you will find Castricum. It offers tourist attractions such as the beach, the Alkmaar-Uitgeest lake and, of course, the dunes. The lake, which connects Alkmaar and Uitgeest, offers visitors a whole host of water-based activities.

About 20 kilometres to the south lies Zandvoort, one of the Netherlands major beach resorts. Like on all Dutch beaches, its golden sand stretches as far as the eye can see to both the north and the south. It is also the site of the country's most important racing circuit, Circuit Zandvoort.
Bloemendaal aan Zee is part of the municipality Bloemendaal. It lies between the beaches of IJmuiden to the north and Zandvoort to the South. Like Zandvoort it has popular beaches.
