Newrenaissance palace of total 4000m2 and usable 3000m2. Situated in the historical park in English style of 6,2 hectares. Today’s form of the palace was gained back in the end of XIX century when it was rebuilt according to famous Austrian architect’s concept.
The Palace has two parts shaped in L letter. The older, more representative part, has typically Newrenaissance character, the newer is originally eclectic with towers, breaks and porticos.

The palace needs entire renovation; although not in bad shape; requires new floor slabs, parts of the roof, new doors and windows. Some parts have been already exchanged but to bring the palace to its earlier glamour substantial renovation works have to be made.
Present owner was thinking of adopting the palace to the hotel purposes. According to the plans, the palace could have up to 50 rooms (mostly double, some single and some apartments).

Naturally the palace has connection to all services like water, gas, electricity. Those are disconnected now because the palace has not been used for the last 12 years but in any moment the connection can be returned.
After the war palace was used as approved school, later became a private property.
The palace is registered as national monument therefore it is under the supervision of the national architect. Obligatory the external facade must keep its original style but works inside the palace are allowed.
The palace is located about 50 km from airport Goleniow and only few kilometers from the road Berlin-Szczecin-Gdansk. The road to the palace is very picturesque mostly through the woods. The palace is situated on the side of a very small village, nearby the small church.

To the closest lake there is about 5 kilometers, access through forest road.
The property is surrounded by national forests, village, and from one side by an old farm (unused now). Some additional territory can be bought from the state; the immediate suggestion is the farm The local government is friendly and in need of local investors that could deliver some life in the village and the neighborhood.
