Have a quick snack in the kitchen area off the breakfast bar and set up the family computer on the desk area with library shelving above, and supervise them while preparing dinner and harvesting the herbs from the kitchen garden, or just supervise while having a coffee in the courtyard. Ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, both with access to sunny courtyard, a 3rd single bedroom which enjoys morning sun, a bathroom with spa bath and shower, a separate toilet, full laundry, direct access via the 3 car garage to house. Stairs lead to an upstairs lounge and balcony and the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom which has both a shower and bath. This upstairs area is a wonderful place to withdraw to and quietly read or just restore your soul, drinking in the natural beauty afforded to you. And for the men there is a workshop area which is situated beneath the lounge or alternatively you could store the kayak, boating or sports gear here.
