Shabla is a town in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Dobrich Province and close to Kavarna. It is situated on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast in the vicinity of the salt-water Lake Shabla and Bulgaria's easternmost point, Cape Shabla. The town is an ancient Thracian settlement founded 6th-5th century BC and known by the Greek name of Karon Limen (Carian Bay) that grew into a Black Sea port in Roman times. The town flourished in the early years of the Byzantine Empire, a fortress still being preserved from the period (4th century AD). Shabla's lighthouse is the tallest, oldest and easternmost one of the Bulgarian coast. Set among the ruins of the 4th-century fortress, it was built in its modern appearance during the Crimean War. Set in the villa zone of Shabla, right on the first line by the sea with a breath – taking panorama over the sea and the lighthouse, this brand new villa is an incredible offer! It is a 2 – storey building offering 120 sq. m of generous, light accommodation. The house comprises of a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom & WC on the first floor, and 2 spacious bedrooms with a second bathroom & WC on the second floor. Good quality PVC joinery is provided. A large, covered terrace, reveals all the beauty, surrounding the property. A BBQ is placed in the yard with plenty of space for “alfresco” dining. The 200 sq. m garden is stone paved and meanwhile trellis vine creates a romantic atmosphere. The property is enclosed with stone fencing. It has all communications – running water, electricity and septic tank. A parking place is also available. Lake, lighthouse, beach….this is a fairy – land! You can make your dreams come true!
