The first step is choosing a property in Brazil. We have a range of exceptional properties and development opportunities available. Once you have whetted your appetite, get in touch and we will talk through your requirements in terms of price, location and specifications. We’ll give you the benefit of our experience to point you in the direction of locations and properties we think may meet your needs.

Following this consultation, we will prepare a portfolio of properties for you to review. Once this choice has been agreed, we will be happy to organize a viewing trip to help you make your choice (on payment of a small deposit). The services we provide for such a trip include:

* Our representative will meet you at the airport.
* We will arrange local transport and schedule your viewing itinerary.
* We will arrange local accommodation. Your stay will normally be in a Posada. These are 5-star guesthouses that have a real local flavour. Staying in a Posada will allow you to get to know the local people, culture and cuisine.
* Viewing trips can be arranged to fit around your other travel or holiday plans; many people combine them with a Brazilian vacation so as to really get to know the country.

Helping you buy a property

Once you have chosen your property or development opportunity, our agent Visto Brazil can help you with all aspects of the purchasing process - right up until the moment you have your new title deeds in your hand. Our services include:

* We’ll give you advice on mortgages and other financial services in Brazil.
* We’ll help you do the paper work for your visa, national insurance (known as CPF in Brazil) and banking arrangements.
