The rear garden is fully fenced and child friendly. Laid to lawn. Has a car port, keeps the car cooler in summer. A shed. Barbeque area. External lighting. On the opposite side of the lane there is a second piece of land. Previously used as a vegetable garden. Not been cultivated for some years.
The property has one neighbouring property. French couple. Very nice. It is their second home so not always there.
Property is located 2km from Riscle which has all shops, school, swimming pool etc. Nearest airport is Pau.45 mins. Ryanair flights from Stanstead and Bristol. Large towns nearby are Tarbes and Mont e Marsan. The Atlantic coast is a two hour drive. Had many a nice day on the coast. Biaritz is also possible for a day. In winter the ski resorts of the Pyrenees are about an hour. Mainline railway at Tarbes 40 mis. Direct trains to Paris
