The villas come with one bedding and linen set.
All bills are additional such as water, electricty, telephone, internet, satellite etc
The Bungalows will incurr an additional cost of cleaning and maintenance at the time of leaving which is 50Euros so long as all the kitchen euipment and utensils are properly cleaned as found initially.
No smoking and no pets inside the villas. If such is found and any damage occurs to any part of the villa then the tenants will be liable.
