This imposing property is built on a chalk cliff at the end of the village. It is a modern house (1985), with all conveniences. From the house (and from 2 bedrooms) you have a panoramic sea view. In the distance you can see the sandbanks of the Somme Bay and the steep shores of Normandy. Behind the house there are meadows where cows graze in the summer.

The surroundings are natural and still quite untouched by tourism. The chalk cliffs are marvellous and impressive to see. The sea appears to change colour every day ... And from Ault it is only 5 kilometres to Normandy (Eu, Le Treport). The population is very friendly in this part of France.
