It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It has undercover parking and a washer and dryer. The Garcia Home sleeps six with a double bed, a queen bed and a pull out couch. Spend pleasant evenings on the covered wrap around deck and enjoy the view of the beach! Small pet allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Winter rentals only. One week minimum.
