Within this second phase of the development there are a limited number of villas and 105 apartments available for purchase. The apartments are positioned within the area of the 4* hotel and benefit from the facilities of all the hotels. They also have their own private shared swimming pool and are a short walk through the resort to the beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear water which borders the edge of the resort. The villas have private pools and are situated around a lagoon and also benefit from the facilities of the hotels and beach.
