Dusler Yakasi Resort
The villa is set in a private secure resort beside Silver Beach, Kusadasi on the Aegean Sea. It is next to Long Beach. Some Turkish VIP's have their holiday homes there and nearby. The resort hosts a communal and childrens swimming pool, tennis and basket ball courts, childrens playground and extensive grassed areas on site. Very suitable for a holiday with your family or very special friends. Unfortunately, in common with other private estate/resorts in the area, the site management only open the pool for the months of June, July, August and the first half of September. However, the beach and lagoon is just 250 metres away and is shallow. Ideal for children. Level access and walking areas throughout. Should you have a car you can drive up to the villa and park beside it. Apart for some steps into the villa it is very suitable for older and infirmed visitors.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the salon, 1 double sofa bed located in the salon. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Two bathrooms and air conditioning.
Silver Beach and Kusadasi area
Silver Beach is in the central part of the beach complex extending due south from Kusadasi Marina port. In the locality are the usual seaside attractions, some bars, restaurants and food shops. The sandy beach extends for miles down to the mountainous National Park also called Millipark. Out in Kusadasi Bay you can watch the evening sun set beside the Greek Island of Samos. Nearby is a large Aquapark and also Davutlar village thermal spa. It is approximatly 6 miles (9 km) from Kusadasi town centre. If you are worried that you will miss the Kusadasi nightlife, shopping, multicultural attractions etc., don't worry one bit. The regularly passing Dolmus bus service for one euro per trip will get you there and back until midnight summer time. Taxi services come cheaply and if you can make arrangements with your barman or restaurant owner you could get home for free. The Kusadasi people love doing business. Just wait until you get haggling over leather or jewellery. There are big markets on Tuesdays and Fridays, ideal for those last minute presents. Tired of shopping then go visit the Caravan Serai. The caravan traders used to stop there.
Ephesus - World Wide Attraction
Ephesus was a major port city of 200,000 plus inhabitants. It hosts The Temple of Artemis (one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World) and the Library of Celsus. Julius Caeser, Alexander the Great and Cyrus King of Persia spent time there. St. Paul wrote his famous Epistles to the Ephesians. The Virgin Mary lived for the remainder of her life there. Her house and the extensive ruins of Ephesus are a major attraction only 25 kilometres away. The city port silted up in the 14th century and was abandoned. The area is soaked with history. Phythagoras the great mathematician was born and reared on Samos Island which he left later in his life because of the local tyrant Polycrates.
60 min from Izmir Andan Menderes airport. 80 min from Bodrum Airport. 6 miles from Kusadasi Marina Port. 3 miles from Davultar thermal mineral spa. 6 miles from Guzelchamli & National Park.
