The Gulf Path Mermaid unit is located at 104 29th Street in Holmes Beach, just a few sandy steps down a tranquil, landscaped path to the beach. This two bedroom, one and one half bath upstairs unit sleeps four with a queen size bed in the main bedroom, a twin bed in the second bedroom and an aero bed. The second bedroom is a charming room perfect for young children. It has a large open kitchen and dining area with updated appliances and cabinetry. It features a large open wraparound porch with panoramic beach views, beach area complete with stationary umbrellas, washer and dryer, gas grill and unlimited wireless internet with free domestic long distance calling. This unit can be rented in conjunction with the downstairs Gulf Path Cabana unit and the Gulf Path unit for groups up to sixteen. These units will rent for less than a week during summer and fall. Rentals of less than a week are calculated at a higher daily rate and may include a cleaning charge.
