The first floor consists of 1 room, a kitchen and a toilet. The second floor consists of two other rooms and a bathroom with a toilet. The toilets are tiled with terracotta and faience, as well as the balcony. There is a family tavern with a fireplace on the first floor. The back of the perfectly kept yard is used as a parking place. The house is exposed to the east and west.
