Kemer

Kemer is a small hamlet and situated just 1 hour from Dalaman Airport. Pine forests and countryside with a stunning mountain backdrop surround the area. The quaint town is very traditional and has a town square with shops, mini markets an dlocal tavernas with a picturesque riverside setting.

There is a weekly market with the added benefit of being within easy reach of many larger towns and attractions nearby.

The larger town of Fethiye (see above) can easily be reached via taxi or the local dolmus minibus service. The resorts of Calis, Olu Deniz, Hisaronu and Ovacik are easily accessible from Fethiye.

The beautiful beach at Patara is withing 30 minutes drive with its stunning 18kms of sandy berach surrounded by beautiful architecture.

The local Dolmus service that operates from Kemer to Fethiye town runs from 6am until 10.30pm every 15 minutes during the summer season and every 30 minutes during the winter.

Pharmacies, internet cafe, doctor, ATM, post office and a couple of restaurants can be found in picturesque Kemer.
